How do I view the certificates I've been awarded?
Navigate to the "My Brightspace" dropdown menu and select "Awards." All certificates you have received will appear there.
If you haven't found it after a few minutes, check to make sure that you have visited all activities or achieved any required scores for the course in question.
You may also access your certificate(s) directly from your account on AgrilifeLearn.tamu.edu by clicking the 'My Account' -> 'Certificates' link at the top of the page.
I passed the final exam but my certificate isn't showing up
In addition to achieving the minimum score of 70% on the post test, you must also visit each learning material/topic before the certificate will be released to you. Any piece of content you have not visited in a course will be missing the check mark to its right.

How do I renew my certificate(s)?
In order to renew any pre-earned certificates, you must re-enroll in the same course(s) that you've previously earned certification in. Paid courses will need to be repurchased in order to earn a current certification.

I took my pre-test but the course content isn't showing up
All test questions must be answered and the quiz submitted. Please note, the 'Submit Quiz' button needs to be clicked on two separate pages. You will know you have submitted your questions when you see the text "Your quiz has been submitted successfully". After you finish your pre-test and you go to the course content it should now display. If you don't see anything listed other than the Welcome section, then it means that you need to go back through the pre-test and resubmit all of your answers.

SCORM activity isn't loading
Here are some common issues that may cause an activity to not load:
- What browser are you viewing the activity in? We recommend Chrome or Firefox.
- Is the browser that you are using up to date? Make sure that you are running the latest version for maximum compatibility.
- Is your internet connection sufficient? Make sure you have a reliable connection before you begin any SCORM activity.

How do I see my grades and/or the progress in my classes?
Click the "My Brightspace" dropdown menu item and select "Class Progress." This screen shows an overall progress summary. You can then select "Grades" and other heading links to view summaries of the respective category.
Can I retake a course if I fail the final exam?
Please note that you will only have TWO chances to take your post-test. To successfully pass your post-test, you may reference your course script and handouts as well as watch the videos multiple times. If you don't pass your post-test after two tries, then you're going to need to go back to the course catalogue and select a new course that will meet the requirement for your credit hours and topic. The test cannot be reset and you cannot re-enroll in the same course. Please carefully review course materials before attempting the final exam.

Changing information on your profile
To change any of your account information, such as your profile picture, click on your name in the top-right corner of your screen (or in the menu on mobile devices), and then select "Profile" on the drop-down menu. This will bring you to a page where all of your profile information is displayed in editable fields. As a note: You cannot change your account name - if you need this changed, contact support at email@example.com. If you do have your name changed and click "Generate Certificate" on any certificate that you have been awarded, the certificate will reflect the name change - even certificates you were awarded before changing your name.

Do your child care courses count as college credit or CEU's?
Our courses are designed to meet professional development requirements for clock hour credits in Texas. They do not qualify for college credits or official CEU's.
Do your child care courses count toward the CDA or Child Development Associate credential?
We do not offer the CDA credential; only educational hours toward the credential. Many of our child care courses count toward the 120-hour educational portion of the CDA. However, you are encouraged to go to the Council for Professional Recognition website to determine which courses fall into the various categories.
Please Note that the 120 hours of formal early childhood education training is only one step in obtaining your CDA. Be sure that you have submitted your application to the Council for Professional Recognition and that you meet the specific qualifications for CDA certification, which allow you to proceed appropriately with your formal education and observational hours. Do your child care courses count toward licensing requirements for my state?
- Our courses meet the Texas Health and Human Services' Child Care Licensing requirements for clock hour credits. Other states may or may not allow completion of our courses to count toward licensing requirements.
- If you reside outside of Texas, you will need to contact your local child care licensing agency, entity or representative to get approval for use of our courses. The best way to find you local child care licensing agency, entity or representative is to google the following terms: child care licensing [your state name].

The following are examples of unacceptable reasons and DO NOT constitute a refund:
- Wrong course purchased
- Found cheaper class elsewhere
- Didn't like the course
- Didn't receive a certification
